Franklin faced Oak Creek in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Sabers claimed a resounding 45-10 win over the Knights. The Sabers' victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Franklin's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Oak Creek, their loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Franklin will challenge rival Kenosha Bradford at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Sabers 10.2, the Red Devils 8.8) so any points scored will be well earned.
