Willard has gone 9-1 against Joplin recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Tigers will head out on the road to face off against the Eagles at 4:30 p.m. Joplin took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Willard, who comes in off a win.

It was a proper cat-fight when Willard challenged Neosho on Tuesday. The Tigers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Wildcats. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tigers.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-14, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Joplin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against Carthage, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-19, 25-12.

Joplin's defeat dropped their record down to 2-20-1. As for Willard, their win bumped their record up to 17-7-2.

Willard beat Joplin 2-0 in their previous meeting back in September. Will the Tigers repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
