Volleyball Recap: Irvington Preparatory Academy Comes Up Short on the Road Against Indiana Math & Science Academy North

Irvington Preparatory Academy had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell 3-1 to the Indiana Math & Science Academy North Knights on Tuesday. Irvington Preparatory Academy was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Indiana Math & Science Academy North apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 20-25, 25-16, 25-22.

Indiana Math & Science Academy North found their leader in freshman Jayla Morrison, who had eight aces.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Irvington Preparatory Academy will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Purdue Polytechnic at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Indiana Math & Science Academy North, they will welcome Eman at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
