Philip Simmons waltzed into their contest on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They put the hurt on the Academic Magnet Raptors with a sharp 63-39 win. Given the Iron Horses' advantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 97th, while the Raptors are ranked 282nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Philip Simmons has also been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.3 points per game.
