Milwaukee Lutheran had won four straight games and Xavier Allen did his part to make it five on Friday. The Milwaukee Lutheran Red Knights narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the New Berlin West Vikings 82-80 thanks to Allen, who went 8-for-17 on his way to 26 points and five steals. His evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points.

Jasen Brown was another key player, putting up eight points and three steals. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in steals.

Milwaukee Lutheran's win bumped their record up to 13-10. As for New Berlin West, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 16-9 record this season.

As of now, neither Milwaukee Lutheran nor New Berlin West have any future games scheduled.
