Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Central Noble walked away with it. They walked away with a 48-38 win over the Prairie Heights Panthers on Tuesday. The victory was familiar territory for the Cougars, who have now won 11 matches in a row.

Prairie Heights' loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Myles Edwards, who posted 12 points. Another player making a difference was Cade Bachelor, who earned nine points.

Central Noble's win bumped their record up to 14-9. As for Prairie Heights, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-14 record this season.

Central Noble didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 55-21 victory against Eastside on the 7th. Prairie Heights does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
