It's playoff time, and Dade County had no trouble coming through when it counted. They put the hurt on the Central Chargers with a sharp 3-0 victory on Wednesday. The Wolverines not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since August 12th (when they won 3-0).

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Dade County took every set by at least 15 points. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-8, 25-10.

Caroline Bell paced Dade County's offense, picking up 15 kills. Bell got some help from Myah York and her 18 assists. York was also solid from the service line: she led the team with eight aces.

Dade County's win bumped their record up to 24-13. As for Central, their loss ended a six-match streak of away wins and brought them to 15-5.

Looking ahead, Dade County is taking a road trip to challenge Bremen at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Blue Devils will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Wolverines surely won't give up without a fight. Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
