Volleyball Recap: Lincoln Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Lincoln, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Mira Loma Matadors on Monday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in March.

The win didn't come easy: Mira Loma scored at least 18 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-18, 19-25, 25-18, 27-25.

Lincoln's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-7. As for Mira Loma, their loss dropped their record down to 6-12.

Coming up, Lincoln will square off against Oakmont at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Vikings will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Fighting Zebras surely won't give up without a fight. As for Mira Loma, they will challenge West Campus at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
