Baseball Recap: Wellington Takes a Loss

Wellington was the 2-1 winner over Park Vista when they last played one another back in March, but their luck changed this time around. The Wolverines fell 6-2 to the Cobras on Thursday. The Wolverines have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Wellington saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jacob Guzik, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Wellington's record now sits at 15-9. As for Park Vista, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 18-4.

Looking ahead, Wellington will take on Palm Beach Central at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Park Vista does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
