Soccer Recap: Logan Takes a Loss

If Logan was riding high fresh off their 4-0 takedown of Summit Academy two weeks ago, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Grizzlies fell just short of the Grantsville Cowboys by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. The matchup was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but Logan couldn't quite close it out.

Logan's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Grantsville, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-4.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Logan will square off against rival Morgan at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Grantsville is set to face off against their familiar foe Ogden at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
