Basketball Recap: Jersey Shore Takes a Loss

Jersey Shore lost against Montoursville back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Jersey Shore Bulldogs took a 47-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Montoursville Warriors. While the Bulldogs didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Warriors 11-5 in the first quarter.

Jersey Shore's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Montoursville, the win got them back to even at 11-11.

Looking ahead, Jersey Shore will venture away from home to challenge Neumann Regional Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Jersey Shore is facing Neumann Regional Academy at the right time seeing as Neumann Regional Academy is stuck on a four-game losing streak. Montoursville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
