Basketball Recap: Browerville Comes Up Short

Browerville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They took a hard 67-52 fall against the Swanville Bulldogs. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 66-34 back in December of 2024.

Browerville's loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Swanville, the victory got them back to even at 10-10.

Browerville has already played their next contest (against St. John's Prep), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Swanville will be playing in front of their home fans against Braham at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Braham knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past six matchups -- so hopefully Swanville likes a good challenge.
