Softball Recap: Chilton Takes a Loss

Chilton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 16th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 19-0 to the Thorndale Bulldogs. If the Pirates were looking for revenge after losing 30-0 to the Bulldogs when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Chilton's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Thorndale, their win was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-3.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Bulldogs beat Chilton by a score of 27-0 later that day.
