Palmyra put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Lower Dauphin Falcons by a score of 8-5. That's two games straight that the Cougars have won by exactly three runs.

Clint Bricker looked comfortable as he pitched 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits any time he's pitched this season.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Jack Santana, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. Julian Meley also deserves some recognition as he hit his first triple of the season.

Palmyra's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-0. As for Lower Dauphin, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-2.

Coming up, Palmyra will square off against Warwick at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. The Cougars are facing the Warriors at the right time seeing as the Warriors are stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Lower Dauphin, they will welcome Carlisle at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
