Stratford came tearing into Friday's game with seven straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.9 goals) and they left with even more momentum. Their defense stepped up to hand the Cypress Creek Cougars an 8-0 shutout. Give the Spartans' defense some credit: that's the team's eighth straight shutout.
