After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Robert C. Byrd, East Fairmont was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Keyser Golden Tornado by a score of 7-4. For the Bees, this counts as revenge for the 7-4 win the Golden Tornado walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.

East Fairmont's victory bumped their record up to 8-12. As for Keyser, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-16.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. East Fairmont will square off against Liberty at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Keyser, they will challenge Philip Barbour at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Colts will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something the Golden Tornado surely won't give up without a fight.
