Softball Recap: Kodiak Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Kodiak and Kenai Central squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Kodiak had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Kardinals by a score of 6-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Bears have suffered since April 11th.

Kodiak's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-10. As for Kenai Central, they now have a winning record of 16-15.

As of now, neither Kodiak nor the Kardinals have any future games scheduled.
