Basketball Recap: Liberal Redskins vs. Woodward Boomers
Liberal lost against Woodward back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Liberal Redskins were beaten by the Woodward Boomers 83-52. The Redskins were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 50-23.
Despite the loss, Liberal still got an impressive performance from James Fieser, who went 8 for 19 en route to 18 points and seven rebounds. Eathan Hernandez was another key player, putting up nine points and six boards.
