With a playoff win on the line, Pisgah rose to the challenge on Monday. They beat the Amite County Trojans by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 62-29. The Dragons are really starting to get used to good results now that the team has won 16 straight.

Laylah Johnson continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a triple-double with 26 points, 17 rebounds, and 12 steals. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 15.4 points per game. Madysen Washington was another key player, putting up eight points.

Pisgah smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 18 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 17 offensive rebounds in three consecutive matches.

Pisgah's victory bumped their record up to 29-1. As for Amite County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 14 of their last 15 games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 3-22 record this season.
