Soccer Recap: Cranston East Comes Up Short

Cranston East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 7-0 to the Exeter-West Greenwich Scarlet Knights. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Exeter-West Greenwich this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-1 back in September.

Cranston East's loss dropped their record down to 4-11-2. As for Exeter-West Greenwich, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 14-1-1.

Coming up, Cranston East will venture away from home to square off against Rogers at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Exeter-West Greenwich, they have already played their next matchup, a 9-0 victory against Times Squared Academy on the 21st.
