Softball Recap: Johnson City Comes Up Short

After soaring to 13 runs the game before, Johnson City was a bit more limited in their match on Tuesday. They came up short against the Maine-Endwell Spartans, falling 17-2. The Wildcats were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Spartans earlier this season, when they won 3-0.

Caitlin Moses was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Johnson City's defeat dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Maine-Endwell, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-5.

As of now, neither Johnson City nor the Spartans have any future games scheduled.
