Basketball Recap: Window Rock Comes Up Short

Window Rock lost against Durango back in December of 2016 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Fighting Scouts took a 52-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Demons. The Fighting Scouts have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kingston Kerlin was a one-man wrecking crew For Durango. as he shot 43% from the field en route to 28 points and seven rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Marten Martes-Yeager, who posted seven points.

Window Rock now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Durango, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Window Rock wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 51-36 loss against Grand Junction on the 12th. As for Durango, they have also already played their next game, a 68-38 defeat against Farmington on the 12th.
