Volleyball Recap: Kimball Takes a Loss

Kimball lost against Pine Bluffs back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Longhorns came up short against the Hornets, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-22, 25-16.

Addisyn Olson paced Kimball's offense, picking up nine kills. Olson got some help from Grace Moore and her 16 assists. Kyndal Reich controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Kimball has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-8 record this season. As for Pine Bluffs, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-3 record this season.

Kimball will square off against Potter-Dix on Tuesday. As for Pine Bluffs, they will take on Niobrara County at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
