Volleyball Recap: Belmont Comes Up Short

Belmont lost against East Dayton Christian back in April of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Bison came up short against East Dayton Christian, falling 3-0. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Bison were not able to get on the board.

While Belmont ultimately came up short, they really made East Dayton Christian work, particularly in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-15, 26-24.

Belmont's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for East Dayton Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 2-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Belmont will welcome Middletown Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for East Dayton Christian, they will host CHESS Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
