Basketball Recap: Caney Valley Comes Up Short

Caney Valley suffered their biggest defeat since December 14, 2024 on Saturday. They took a blow against the Chelsea Dragons, falling 75-42. The Trojans haven't had much luck with the Dragons recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.

Caney Valley's loss dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Chelsea, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-14 record this season.

While Caney Valley had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
