Clear Lake won the last time they faced Langham Creek and Damon Miles did his part to make sure it happened again. The Falcons put the hurt on the Lobos with a sharp 89-69 win on Tuesday with plenty of help from Miles, who dropped a double-double with 35 points and 12 rebounds. The matchup was his sixth in a row with at least 19 points.

Another player making a difference was Takoda Bristol, who posted nine points along with eight boards and five assists. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

Clear Lake's victory bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Langham Creek, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.

Looking ahead, Clear Lake will square off against Heights at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday. The Falcons will need to watch out since the Bulldogs have now posted at least 55 points in their last three contests. As for Langham Creek, they will take on Grand Oaks at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Lobos will need to watch out since the Grizzlies have now posted at least 55 points in their last three games.
