Football Recap: Ticonderoga Comes Up Short

Saturday just wasn't the day for Ticonderoga's offense. They were outmatched by the Plattsburgh Hornets and fell 49-0. The loss leaves the Sentinels still looking for their first win of the season.

Jahvari Anderson went supernova For Plattsburgh., rushing for 146 yards and two touchdowns on only 14 carries. Anderson didn't just play on offense: he also made four total tackles and defended one pass in addition to snagging an interception. Colden Johnson was another key player, throwing for 157 yards and three TDs while completing 78.6% of his passes.

Ticonderoga's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Plattsburgh, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-6.

As of now, neither Ticonderoga nor the Hornets have any future games scheduled.
