Basketball Recap: Wilmot Gets the Win

Wilmot hadn't done well against Union Grove recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Wilmot Panthers narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Union Grove Broncos 67-65. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Panthers have posted since January 13th.

Wilmot's victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 4-3. As for Union Grove, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.
