John Marshall put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They enjoyed a cozy 95-77 victory over the St. Anne's-Belfield Saints. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Justices also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.

John Marshall's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Latrell Allmond, who dropped a double-double on 32 points and 11 rebounds. The contest was Allmond's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Aiden Argabright, who went 5 of 12 en route to 22 points.

St. Anne's-Belfield's loss came despite strong showings from Chance Mallory and Austin Williford. Mallory posted 29 points along with eight boards and five assists, while Williford went 8 of 16 on his way to 21 points in addition to six assists and five boards. Mallory is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 17 or more in the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Haoxiang Huang, who put up six points.

John Marshall pushed their record up to 11-0 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 82.4 points per game. As for St. Anne's-Belfield, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-6.

John Marshall will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Gwynn Park at 3:00 p.m. on January 18th. As for St. Anne's-Belfield, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 78-59 win against Collegiate on the 10th.
