Baseball Recap: Palmdale Academy Charter School Takes a Loss

The Palmdale Academy Charter School Jaguars came up short against the Hesperia Christian Patriots on Thursday, falling 30-10. The Jaguars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Alessio Ruiz made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. The team also got some help courtesy of Luis Ponce, who went 1-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Palmdale Academy Charter School's defeat dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Hesperia Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-10 record this season.

Palmdale Academy Charter School does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hesperia Christian, they will face off against Western Christian at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
