Volleyball Recap: Ingraham Comes Up Short

Ingraham was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Mountlake Terrace Hawks, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-16, 25-14.

Molly Cheung paced Ingraham's offense, picking up ten kills. Cheung got some help from Greta Skinner and her seven assists. Lucy Watkins controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Ingraham now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Mountlake Terrace, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-6 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ingraham will take on Rainier Beach at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Mountlake Terrace, they will be playing at home against Meadowdale at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
