While High Point Academy's win against Brashier Middle College Charter wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Grizzlies sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Bengal on Tuesday. The Grizzlies haven't had any issues with the Bengal recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Angie Demidovich went supernova, getting 25 digs and three assists. That's the most assists she has posted over her last six contests.

High Point Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 11 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Brashier Middle College Charter only served five.

Brashier Middle College Charter's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Zandan Gleaves, who had 15 digs, two aces, and one block, and Madelyn Gobeli, who had 19 digs and one assist. With that strong performance, Gleaves is now averaging an impressive 13.2 assists per game.

High Point Academy's victory bumped their record up to 7-10. As for Brashier Middle College Charter, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season.
