Volleyball Recap: Ashley Peterson's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Florence over Pepin/Alma

Florence's tournament run continued when they took on Pepin/Alma on Saturday. The Bobcats fell just short of Pepin/Alma by a score of 2-1.

Several Bobcats players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Ashley Peterson, who had 14 digs.

Florence's defeat dropped their record down to 14-5. As for Pepin/Alma, their win bumped their record up to 7-5.

Coming up, Florence will venture away from home to take on Wabeno/Laona at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Pepin/Alma, they will welcome Eleva-Strum at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be Pepin/Alma's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
