Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Trinity Christian walked away with it. They walked away with a 46-37 victory over Claremore Christian on Friday. 46 seems to be a good number for Trinity Christian as the squad scooped up a win with the same number of points in their previous game.

Kyleigh Purtle went supernova for Trinity Christian, putting up 24 points. Those 24 points gave Purtle a new career-high. Jordan Dougan was another key player, posting 13 points.

The victory made it two in a row for Trinity Christian and bumps their season record up to 15-8. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.5 points over those games. As for Claremore Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 9-10 record this season.

Trinity Christian has already played their next contest, a 57-49 defeat against Lakewood Christian on the 15th. Claremore Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
