Football Recap: Leesville Road Takes a Tough Playoff Loss + How To Watch

Leesville Road and Jordan squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Leesville Road had to settle for second. They took a 28-24 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Falcons. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 22-20 back in August.

Leesville Road lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Damacio Cueto, who threw for 249 yards and one touchdown, and also punched in one rushing score.

Leesville Road's loss dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Jordan, the win keeps them at an undefeated 11-0.

Leesville Road does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Jordan, they will square off against Millbrook at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Falcons 8, the Wildcats 5) so any points scored will be well earned.
