Liberty Ranch is a perfect 6-0 against Argonaut since September of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Hawks will face off against the Mustangs at 6:30 p.m. Liberty Ranch will be strutting in after a victory while Argonaut will be coming in after a defeat.

Liberty Ranch took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They came out on top against Amador by a score of 3-1. The Hawks haven't had any issues with the Buffaloes recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

The victory didn't come easy: Amador scored at least 20 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-20, 19-25, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Argonaut was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to Union Mine.

Argonaut was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-12, 25-13.

Liberty Ranch's win bumped their record up to 11-13. As for Argonaut, they now have a losing record of 13-14.

Everything went Liberty Ranch's way against Argonaut when the teams last played back in September, as Liberty Ranch made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Hawks since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
