Wilkes Central never let their opponents score on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Draughn Wildcats 41-0. The Eagles' win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Wilkes Central's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Draughn, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Wilkes Central and Draughn will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Eagles see the field they'll take on West Wilkes at 7:30 p.m. on the 19th. As for Draughn, their break will end when they face R-S Central at 7:30 p.m. on the 19th.
