Volleyball Recap: Faith Academy Takes a Loss

Faith Academy's tournament run continued when they took on Brewer on Saturday. The Rams fell 2-0 to the Patriots. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Despite the defeat, Faith Academy saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Kyleigh Grosz had 11 digs. Grosz has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last four times she's played.

Faith Academy's loss dropped their record down to 16-7. As for Brewer, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 22-10.

Faith Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Leeds on the 27th. Brewer has also already played their next match (against Alexandria), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
