Basketball Game Preview: Mt. Hermon Yellowjackets vs. Varnado Wildcats

Mt. Hermon and Varnado are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2019, but not for long. The Mt. Hermon Yellowjackets will be playing at home against the Varnado Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Friday, Mt. Hermon ended up a good deal behind Holden and lost 77-60. The Yellowjackets have struggled against the Rockets recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Varnado lost to Riverside Academy at home by a 56-39 margin on Friday. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Varnado's defeat dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Mt. Hermon, their loss dropped their record down to 6-10.
