The Catholic Central Cougars got the win against the Forest Hills Central Rangers on Monday by a conclusive 13-3. Considering the Cougars have won six matchups by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

G Cook was incredible, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, three runs, and one stolen base. The team also got some help courtesy of A Bockheim, who got on base in all three of her plate appearances with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.

Catholic Central always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .536. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Forest Hills Central only posted an OBP of .261.

Catholic Central's win bumped their record up to 10-0-1. As for Forest Hills Central, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-6.

Catholic Central will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Rangers: the pair will be back at it again later today.
