Volleyball Recap: Saturday's Victory Is Bald Eagle Area's Seventh in Last Nine Outings

Bald Eagle Area's tournament run continued when they took on Meadville on Saturday. The Eagles walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Bulldogs.

Bald Eagle Area's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Casey Angellotti, who had 12 assists and one block.

Bald Eagle Area is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-3-2 record this season. As for Meadville, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5-2.

Bald Eagle Area wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 1-0 loss against State College on the 4th. As for Meadville, they will challenge Warren at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
