Basketball Recap: Hamilton Heights Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Hamilton Heights Christian Academy lost against Cleveland back in November of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Hamilton Heights Christian Academy Hawks took a hard 69-53 fall against the Cleveland Blue Raiders.

Cleveland found their leader in freshman Ariyah Huffman, who went 6 for 8 from beyond the arc en route to 30 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Huffman has scored all season. Lauren Hurst was another key player, putting up 15 points along with six boards and five assists.

Hamilton Heights Christian Academy's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Cleveland, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 16-4.

Hamilton Heights Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Cleveland, they will host Walker Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Cleveland is facing Walker Valley at the right time seeing as Walker Valley is stuck on a 13-game losing streak.
