Baseball Recap: Cony Rams vs. Nokomis Warriors

Cony was the 7-0 winner over Nokomis when they last played one another on May 8th, but their luck changed this time around. The Cony Rams fell just short of the Nokomis Warriors by a score of 4-3 on Friday.

For Nokomis' part, Connor Sides was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He struck out six batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off four hits. Sides was also big at the plate, going 1-for-4 with a triple and two RBI.
