Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Animo Venice). They put the hurt on the Animo Robinson Monarchs with a sharp 19-8 victory on Friday. The Pirates haven't had any issues with the Monarchs recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

Animo Venice's victory bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Animo Robinson, their loss was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Animo Venice will head out to face off against Middle College at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Middle College will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Animo Venice surely won't give up without a fight. As for Animo Robinson, they will head out on the road to challenge Los Angeles Academy of Arts & Enterprise on Wednesday.
