Legacy Charter waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They breezed past the Faith Christian Lions to the tune of 89-40. With the Eagles ahead 52-19 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Legacy Charter got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Traevon Jones out in front who shot 64% from the field on his way to 19 points and seven rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Khori Polarchy, who went 8-for-14 to rack up 19 points.

Legacy Charter's victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Faith Christian, they dropped their record down to 2-6 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Legacy Charter will venture away from home to square off against The First Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Faith Christian, they will be home for the holidays to greet Mount Dora Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The Lions will need to watch out since the Bulldogs have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
