Basketball Recap: Orangeville Comes Up Short

Orangeville lost against Durand back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Orangeville Broncos fell to the Durand Bulldogs 64-60. The Broncos' loss continues a trend for the team, making it six in a row.

It was another big night for Ethan Rager, who dropped a double-double on 33 points and 15 boards for Durand. Durand is 4-2 when Rager posts 25 or more points, but 3-18 otherwise. Gavin Rohde was another key player, putting up ten points along with seven rebounds and five assists.

Orangeville's record is now 2-23. As for Durand, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-20.

Orangeville has already played their next contest, a 72-21 defeat against Lena-Winslow on the 6th. As for Durand, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 79-33 loss against Pearl City on the 6th.
