Orangeburg-Wilkinson had already won seven in a row and they went ahead and made it eight on Tuesday. They blew past the North Charleston Cougars 3-0. That's more bragging rights for the Bruins, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Orangeburg-Wilkinson was: they took every set by at least 17 points. The final score came out to 25-5, 25-8, 25-8.

Ki'Ra Wright paced Orangeburg-Wilkinson's offense, picking up nine kills. Wright got some help from Jayden Mathis and her 15 assists. Rebecca Hutchins controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Orangeburg-Wilkinson's victory bumped their record up to 14-2. As for North Charleston, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.
