While Leo put up some runs on Saturday, the same can't be said for Angola. The Lions were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over the Hornets. The win continues a trend for the Lions in their matchups with the Hornets: they've now won four in a row.

Nolan Butcher made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits over 4.2 innings pitched. Butcher was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with three RBI.

In other pitching news, Kaden Doll looked comfortable as he pitched 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits.

Back at the plate, the team relied heavily on Luke MacDonald, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-4.

Leo hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Angola struck out eight times.
