Softball Recap: Wahama White Falcons vs. Wirt County Tigers
Wahama had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 15-run drubbing they dealt Wirt County on Tuesday. Wahama's pitcher stepped up to hand Wirt County a 15-0 shutout. The match marked the White Falcons' most dominant win of the season so far.
Maggie Swisher looked comfortable as she tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. What's more, she posted three strikeouts, the most she's had since back in March of 2024.

On the hitting side, Wahama got a massive performance out of Fiona VanMatre, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI.
