Volleyball Recap: PikeView Comes Up Short

PikeView lost against Nicholas County back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Panthers fell 2-0 to the Grizzlies. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-13.

PikeView's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Nicholas County, the win snapped their losing streak at 13 games and leaves them with a 2-14 record.

Looking ahead, PikeView will take on Independence at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Nicholas County, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Princeton on the 13th.
